Agreement
These terms govern your use of Envoy. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organization. This is template text — replace it with terms prepared for your business.
Your workspace
You’re responsible for the people you invite, the tools you connect and the limits you set. Agents act within the permissions and approvals you configure.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Envoy to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights or attempt to access systems you’re not authorized to use.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Overage runs are billed in arrears at your plan’s rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
Envoy is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email or in the app.
